Question and Answer Section... When Can I pre-book to visit the event on line? Tickets are available in advance up until midnight the day before you wish to attend. Can I just show up on the day? There is an allocation of tickets available each day on site, so if you want to visit the event within 12 hours you will have to go to the event in person and book your time slot that day. Please remember though that the walk on slots get booked up very early on the day and we may not be able to offer you a slot. I have not received my confirmation? If you have not given us a correct e mail at the time of your booking we are unable to send you back your confirmation by e mail. Please go to the edit my booking and enter your surname the booking was made in you will be able to see all the information about your booking again.
How much is it to see Santa? Please click on the 'Grotto Information' button. Can I edit or cancel my booking? Yes – simply click on the ‘Edit/Cancel Booking’ button situated at the top of the screen. You will need your reference number and surname to cancel or edit your booking. I have forgotten my confirmation number, what shall I do?
Go along to the grotto at your designated time and give your name to the Grotto Supervisor who will find your booking. Once I have booked where do I go when I get to the Grotto? Please join the pre-booking queue which will be signposted. Please allow extra time for parking your vehicle during this busy period. How much time will we have with Santa? You will be provided with a quality interview with Santa. A photograph will be taken and you will get to view this on your way out and you are welcome to purchase it. What present will I get? All of Santas toys are a surprise, he has an exciting variety of toys to suit all ages and he will not disappoint. Will a photo be taken of our visit to Santa? A quality photo with the latest digital technology will be taken in the grotto which you are under no obligation to purchase. We do not allow any own photography to be taken within the grotto however you are more than welcome to take pictures of the grotto scenary. Are we allowed to take pushchairs in? Yes – space permitting, otherwise the elves will help you. I cannot print my e tickets as I do not have a printer? Please make a note of your reference number and present this with your surname at the grotto and the elves will gladly assist you. Special requirements If a member of your party has a special requirement, you will be able to let us know this at the time of your booking. The grotto will have your information so please make them aware upon your arrival. If you have forgotten to give this information to us at the time of your booking you can let us know by sending an email to customerservice1@greatgrottos.co.uk How many children can I take to see Santa per booking? There is a maximum of four children per booking. Please call 02392 268998. Payments Greatgrottos.co.uk accepts all major credit and debit cards, along with paypal. All payments will only be taken from your account upon clearance of funds and confirmation of booking.
